Is it possible to add conditions in the emails sending broadcast?

Dear “awesome” SAGA team,
Would it be possible to add conditions in the emails workflows?
Ex. : If {surname} has opened the link in the email received, than do the following “Action A”.
If not, do the “Action B”.

That could be so great to have this automatisation. ;o)
(I’ve checked in the database and in the request features, but not did not find anything on that topic).
