Improve Contact Import Process to Handle Country Codes Better

I want the contact import process to be improved so that SAGA doesn't automatically prepend '+1' to all imported phone numbers. It's very frustrating and time-consuming to manually adjust every contact after import, especially since SAGA requires E.164 format for features like WhatsApp integration. I need a way to either configure a default country code or prevent the automatic addition of '+1' during import.
