customer to ambassador

HI guys, just trying how to best track my customers who i then upgrade to ambassadors. when in pipeline view they are under “launching” but if i want to then move them to a business conversation do i send back to inviting? or is there an option where we could “upgrading” or something where we take a customer into the business ?
