Custom Reorder Library Resources

We would love to be able to put the folders in the library in a custom order to prioritize the most frequently utilized folders up at the top. Either a click and drag or little arrows to bump a folder up or down would be great. I can’t quite tell how they are organized currently, it isn’t alphabetical and doesn’t always seem to be by last created / modified either, it seems to be random.
