Custom Calendar Booking System (Google Meet or Zoom Integration)

I’d like to request the development or integration of a customized calendar booking system inside the SAGA platform that functions similarly to Calendly. The purpose is to streamline appointment scheduling for my prospects and team members while keeping everything housed within my SAGA ecosystem.

Requirements:

1. Booking Page Setup:

   • Allow users to select available time slots based on my connected calendar.

   • Custom branding (logo, profile photo, welcome text).

   • Ability to create multiple booking types (15 min, 30 min, 60 min).

2. Calendar Sync:

   • Sync with Google Calendar (primary).

   • Optional integration with Outlook Calendar (secondary request if feasible).

3. Meeting Platform Integration:

   • Auto-generate meeting links via Google Meet or Zoom.

   • Include the meeting link in confirmation and reminder emails.

4. Automation Features:

   • Automated email & SMS confirmations/reminders.

   • Custom follow-up messages post-meeting.

   • Redirect option post-booking (e.g. to a thank-you video or funnel).

5. Admin Control:

   • Ability to manually block off time and override availability.

   • View and manage all bookings in a centralized SAGA calendar.

6. Lead Data Capture:

   • Allow to add multiple questions to prequalify leads

   • Integrate with existing contact management or CRM inside SAGA.
