Automated responses

I would like to suggest adding a feature within SAGA that allows us to create automated responses.

The idea would be to set up workflows or automated flows that:

  • Intelligently respond to certain messages or keywords.

  • Allow scheduling follow-up message sequences (e.g., follow-up after 2 days).

  • Integrate with current conversations to save time on repetitive tasks.

I am currently using another CRM where I can do all of this, but I would like to stop using it and manage everything directly within SAGA.

This would greatly simplify management and allow us to focus on high-value conversations without missing opportunities due to delayed responses.
