Ability to change default messaging method for contacts from WhatsApp to SMS

Users need the ability to explicitly switch a contact's primary messaging method within SAGA from WhatsApp to standard SMS. This would involve changing the associated icon/logo from WhatsApp to a generic message icon and ensuring that communication initiated from SAGA for that contact defaults to SMS instead of WhatsApp. This feature would provide greater flexibility in managing contact communication preferences.
